CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that require you to cancel an order. We want to make sure that our customers feel confident in their purchases, which is why we offer the following cancellation policy:

If you need to cancel an order, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that the order can be cancelled.

If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your account. However, if the order has already been processed, we may not be able to cancel it.

In the case of a processed order, we may offer the option to return the items for a refund or exchange. However, the customer will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return.

We also understand that sometimes unexpected events may occur, such as a lost or damaged package during shipping.

 

In such cases, we will work with the customer to find a resolution that is satisfactory for all parties involved.
